Handwoven in Mexico of 100% Fine Palm Leaf Straw without toxic stiffeners. Unmatched, high-QUALITY, soft genuine palm leaf featuring a simple design and western flare. The new design features the same wide brim as the rancher with a hand-shaped Pencil Roll Brim. Delivering on our sustainable promise, each hat is painstakingly handmade, setting them apart from factory-made hats. Handwoven using ancient artisan traditions and takes 3-4 weeks to make a small batch. The straw toasted in the Mexican sun, giving it a one-of-a-kind warm, tan hue.
